About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver scalable web applications using JavaScript, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Lead a distributed offshore team, setting coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
- Own the technical roadmap, making architecture decisions and ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Facilitate client meetings, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization with Docker, and deploy to AWS environments.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript ecosystems.
- Proven leadership in managing offshore or distributed teams.
- Deep knowledge of AWS services, Docker, and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and delivering on time in a client‑facing environment.
