About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end‑to‑end MERN solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Lead the India engineering team, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
- Own architecture decisions, set coding standards, and enforce best practices across the stack.
- Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into functional features.
- Manage sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery tracking to meet project timelines.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of professional experience developing MERN applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Express, and MongoDB.
- Hands‑on experience with RESTful API design, authentication, and cloud services (e.g., AWS).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high‑quality software.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
