About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Development to define technical direction and architecture for a fast‑growing SaaS platform.
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive front‑end features using React and TypeScript, ensuring high performance and accessibility.
- Implement and extend back‑end services with Node.js, GraphQL and serverless AWS components.
- Drive engineering best practices, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building full‑stack web applications, with a strong emphasis on modern front‑end frameworks.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand).
- Proficiency in Node.js, GraphQL, and deploying services on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, ability to work autonomously, and strong communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
