- Mentor junior developers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React.
- Strong background in Python, AWS services, and microservices architecture.
- Proven expertise in security best practices and testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring teams.
- Experience in a regulated or government environment is a plus.
