About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications with React front‑ends and scalable backend services (Node.js, Python).
- Integrate AI‑driven development tools and agentic coding workflows to accelerate feature delivery.
- Design secure, public‑facing architectures that meet compliance standards for financial or insurance domains.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms (AWS) using containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with strong expertise in React and modern backend frameworks (Node.js, Python).
- Hands‑on experience with machine learning models, AI‑assisted coding tools, or agentic development workflows.
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to design secure, high‑performance web applications, preferably in insurance or financial services.
