About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high‑quality UI components with React and TypeScript, ensuring code maintainability and reusability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into performant, accessible web experiences.
- Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, and load times using modern tooling (Webpack, Next.js, CSS-in-JS).
- Champion best practices in accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) and cross‑browser compatibility.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proven track record with Next.js or similar server‑side rendering frameworks.
- Strong understanding of CSS architecture, responsive design, and performance optimization.
