Lead the design and implementation of high‑performance web interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript, ensuring responsive, accessible, and maintainable code across multiple platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop reusable React components and patterns for complex, data‑driven applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to translate requirements into scalable, high‑quality code.
- Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux) and optimize performance through code‑splitting, lazy loading, and memoization.
- Write comprehensive unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library, maintaining high test coverage.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in coding standards, accessibility, and security.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience with a strong focus on React.
- Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3, including modern CSS methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand) and build tools (Webpack, Vite).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross‑browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
