About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain real‑time web applications using React or a comparable modern framework.
- Implement real‑time features such as video/audio rendering, screen sharing, chat, annotations, and remote interaction controls.
- Integrate with WebRTC clients and signalling flows, managing reconnection logic, device selection, and user permissions.
- Optimize performance for render efficiency, memory usage, and frame rates under variable network and device conditions.
- Collaborate with backend and product teams to define feature specifications and deliver high‑quality code.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with a strong focus on real‑time web technologies.
- Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern build tools.
- Hands‑on experience with WebRTC, media streaming, and low‑latency communication patterns.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and responsive design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for delivering smooth, reliable user experiences.
