About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high‑performance UI components for Achievers Celebrate™ using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate generative AI features to personalize celebration cards and automate award workflows.
- Ensure WCAG compliance across all interfaces, conducting accessibility audits and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless, scalable features for onboarding, anniversaries, and career milestones.
- Mentor junior engineers, review code, and promote clean architecture and reusable component libraries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend development experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong CSS skills, including modern layout techniques (Flexbox, Grid) and responsive design.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML integration in web applications.
- Deep understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for building elegant, maintainable code.
