Frontend Developer
Lead the design and delivery of high‑performance web applications using React and TypeScript, collaborating with product, UX, and backend teams to set front‑end standards and drive cutting‑edge UI capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop complex, user‑facing web applications with React and TypeScript, establishing front‑end best practices.
- Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and backend/platform teams to translate requirements into performant UI solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and champion a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Define and maintain reusable component libraries, state‑management patterns (e.g., Redux), and build pipelines using tools such as Webpack.
- Implement automated testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and ensure high code coverage and reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional front‑end development experience, with a strong focus on React and TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Proven track record of leading front‑end teams, setting architectural direction, and delivering large‑scale web applications.
- Experience with state management (Redux or similar), module bundlers (Webpack, Vite), and CI/CD workflows.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
