Lead the design and delivery of modern, secure web experiences using React and TypeScript, driving architecture, automation, and continuous improvement in a cross‑functional Agile environment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain high‑performance web applications with React, TypeScript, and modern CSS techniques.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into scalable, reusable components.
- Implement automated testing (unit, integration, E2E) and enforce code quality standards through code reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
- Champion best practices for accessibility, performance, and security across all front‑end deliverables.
- Mentor junior developers, share knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional front‑end development experience with a strong portfolio of production‑ready applications.
- Expertise in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS (Sass/Styled‑Components).
- Hands‑on experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Proficient in Agile Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a passion for delivering high‑quality user experiences.
