About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered solutions on Google Cloud, from concept through production deployment.
- Architect and implement data pipelines for structured and unstructured data, leveraging vector databases and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
- Conduct technical discovery workshops with public‑sector customers to define requirements and design scalable AI systems.
- Write clean, maintainable Python code and integrate models into cloud‑native services.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure security, compliance, and performance standards are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in Python.
- Proven experience delivering production‑grade AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
- Hands‑on expertise building data pipelines, vector search, and RAG architectures for enterprise AI.
- Strong communication skills for leading customer discovery sessions and translating business needs into technical designs.
