AI Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of generative AI solutions on Google Cloud, collaborating with customers to deliver scalable, high‑performance AI services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end GenAI pipelines on Google Cloud, leveraging Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Cloud Run.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and client teams to translate business requirements into robust, production‑ready AI solutions.
- Optimize model performance and cost through advanced tuning, autoscaling, and resource management.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross‑functional teams, ensuring best practices in CI/CD, observability, and security.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, delivering workshops, demos, and technical support for GenAI deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on generative models.
- Proficiency in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform for cloud infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of Google Cloud services, especially Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps practices, model monitoring, and performance optimization at scale.
