About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage forensic investigations of distress in MEP systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Serve as the primary client liaison, building rapport and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and conduct site visits, gather evidence, and oversee resource allocation.
- Perform detailed root cause analyses, review applicable building codes, and develop comprehensive technical reports.
- Set project timelines, monitor progress, and deliver high‑quality deliverables on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Extensive experience in forensic engineering and MEP system analysis.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and client interactions.
