Lead finance analytics for product and engineering, building dashboards, managing data governance, and driving insights to optimize CAC, churn, and ARR.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to track ARR, CAC, churn, and other key financial metrics across product and engineering teams.
- Lead data governance initiatives, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across all financial datasets.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define data requirements, model financial scenarios, and provide actionable insights for pricing, feature prioritization, and cost optimization.
- Develop and maintain robust SQL and Python pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Present findings to senior leadership, translating complex financial data into clear, strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in finance analytics, preferably within product or engineering environments.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, revenue recognition, and subscription metrics.
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks and ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
