About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end data pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest, transform, and load operational data into analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with field operations teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Build and enhance interactive Tableau dashboards and Power BI reports to provide actionable insights for field managers and executives.
- Implement and manage AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift) for scalable data storage and processing.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security through rigorous testing, documentation, and adherence to governance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and support cross‑functional teams on analytics initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Strong background in creating Tableau or Power BI visualizations and delivering insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
