Senior Field Engineer - Electrical - Worley

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site electrical construction activities, ensuring design intent is accurately implemented and maintained.
• Coordinate with design, procurement and construction teams to resolve technical issues and optimize field execution.
• Enforce safety and quality standards, conduct inspections, and document compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance to junior field staff and subcontractors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Track progress, manage schedules, and report status to project leadership, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of electrical field engineering experience in large‑scale energy or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, PLC/SCADA systems, and industry safety regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent field tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross‑functional teamwork.
