Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models and advanced statistical analyses to support intelligence and security missions.
- Transform large, heterogeneous data sets into clear visualizations and dashboards for senior decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define analytical requirements and translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts, fostering best practices in code quality, reproducibility, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with security clearance protocols and ensure all work adheres to TS/SCI + CI Poly standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in data science, advanced analytics, or machine‑learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python (including libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and strong SQL querying skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility.
