Senior Exploitation Specialist / Data Scientist - Culmen International, LLC

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine‑learning pipelines for automated metadata extraction and classification of GEOINT assets.
• Develop and maintain geospatial data models, databases, and APIs to support rapid discovery and reuse of intelligence products.
• Create interactive visualizations and dashboards that convey complex spatial information to analysts and decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with NGA engineers and analysts to integrate solutions into existing web‑enabled GEOINT platforms.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain the integrity of TS/SCI‑cleared data environments.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for continuous access.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and geospatial analytics.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit‑learn, geopandas) and SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Strong background in GIS concepts, spatial databases, and metadata standards (e.g., ISO 19115).
• Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS, including use of services like S3, Lambda, and SageMaker.
