About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom builds and enhancements across Epic Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, and Welcome modules.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to guarantee optimal functionality and user experience.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and change management procedures.
Requirements
- Prior certification in Epic Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, and Welcome modules.
- 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst or similar role within a large healthcare environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Epic configuration, workflow design, and data mapping.
- Experience with project management methodologies and change management processes.
