Senior Enterprise Software Test Engineer - Medtronic

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for the enterprise CRM application using Java and Selenium.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and ensure continuous integration of test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing, analyzing results and reporting defects in JIRA.
• Develop and maintain test data sets and SQL queries to validate data integrity across integrated systems.
• Mentor junior QA engineers, promote best practices, and contribute to process improvements for test efficiency and coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software test engineering, with a strong focus on test automation for enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Java programming and Selenium WebDriver for building robust automated tests.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and Agile development environments.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and ability to write complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with a track record of delivering high‑quality software in regulated industries.
