About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain secure cloud infrastructure for a real‑time AI‑powered clinical documentation platform.
- Design and enforce IAM policies, role‑based access controls, and least‑privilege principles across multi‑cloud environments.
- Lead incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management to protect patient data and meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with DevOps and product teams to embed security controls into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
- Develop and maintain security documentation, audit trails, and compliance reports for HIPAA, GDPR, and other healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise security experience in a regulated industry, preferably healthcare.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and encryption technologies.
- Proven expertise in IAM, access management, and secure software development practices.
- Strong incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with a focus on audit readiness.
