What You’ll Do
- Administer, configure, and govern enterprise collaboration platforms, primarily Google Workspace.
- Manage user lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, permissions, authentication, and access controls.
- Design and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Webhooks, and SaaS platforms.
- Develop automation solutions using Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script to improve operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Level 3 (L3) technical issues.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for enterprise platform operations and support teams.
- Implement and maintain Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls including SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, and SCIM.
- Monitor platform health, performance, security, and reliability using observability and monitoring tools.
- Drive platform enhancements, governance initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure platform scalability, compliance, and operational excellence.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience administering Google Workspace in enterprise environments.
- Experience with Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM), including: Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, OAuth, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), SCIM
- Experience building and supporting REST API integrations and Webhooks.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, or Google Apps Script.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Google Workspace Administrator certification.
- Google Cloud certifications.
- Atlassian certifications.
- Experience working within technology consulting organizations.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation.
- Understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
English level
Intermediate to Advanced English communication skills.
