About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements discovery and translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions for financial operations.
- Design and implement enterprise data models, data transformation logic, and cross‑system analytics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Collaborate with BI developers, data management teams, and IT to ensure data quality and governance.
- Provide advanced data analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in BI and analytics within a financial or enterprise environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data modeling techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with Power BI and Tableau for dashboard development.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
