Lead the design and evolution of the Air Force Intelligence Community information environment, translating mission requirements into enterprise‑wide technology blueprints across data, cloud, and security domains.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for the Air Force Intelligence Community, aligning with CDO, CIO, CTO, and Authorizing Official objectives.
- Develop and document reference architectures, standards, and baseline configurations for data, cloud, and security platforms.
- Translate complex mission and business requirements into scalable, secure technology solutions and implementation plans.
- Collaborate with program managers, engineers, and senior leaders to ensure architectural compliance and risk mitigation.
- Guide governance processes, conduct architecture reviews, and provide technical direction for large‑scale ISR initiatives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably within defense or intelligence domains.
- Professional certification in TOGAF or equivalent framework.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data architecture, including big‑data, analytics, and AI/ML pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards (e.g., RMF, NIST).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross‑functional technical teams.
