About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise architecture for a large financial services platform, ensuring scalability, security, and resilience.
- Collaborate with business, delivery, and technology stakeholders to translate strategic goals into actionable architecture roadmaps.
- Drive modernization initiatives, reducing technical debt and enabling rapid innovation through cloud (AWS) and microservices adoption.
- Mentor and guide cross‑functional teams of architects, developers, and operations to adopt best practices in DevOps and secure coding.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, governance, and compliance frameworks aligned with industry regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong background in financial services.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms (AWS preferred), microservices, and DevOps toolchains.
- Deep knowledge of security architecture, data protection, and regulatory compliance (e.g., PCI, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile and continuous delivery practices.
