Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer responsible for maintaining 99.9% uptime of Seeburger BIS, MFT, EDI, and API Gateway platforms, ensuring secure, reliable data exchange with trading partners and internal systems.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and support the Seeburger Business Integration Suite, ensuring 99.9%+ uptime for MFT, EDI, and API Gateway services.
- Monitor platform health, proactively identify performance bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues across internal systems and external trading partners.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement secure, scalable data exchange solutions.
- Document configuration changes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices for ongoing platform maintenance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise integration platforms, preferably with Seeburger BIS.
- Strong knowledge of Managed File Transfer, EDI standards, and B2B communication protocols.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools, scripting, and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
