Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program plans for cabin modification initiatives, defining scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless integration of new cabin features.
- Track progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate status, issues, and outcomes to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance program efficiency.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace or aviation engineering program management.
- Strong knowledge of cabin design, materials, and regulatory standards (e.g., FAA, EASA).
- Proven track record of delivering complex modification projects on schedule.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Agile methodologies.
