Senior Engineering Program Manager driving large‑scale, secure cloud services for Apple’s global entertainment ecosystem, leveraging Agile, AWS, and cross‑functional engineering expertise to deliver end‑to‑end solutions across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional engineering teams to design, build, and launch secure, scalable cloud services supporting the App Store, Apple TV, Music, Podcasts, and Books.
- Own program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with Apple’s high standards for performance, security, and user experience.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement, driving continuous improvement and rapid iteration.
- Collaborate closely with hardware, software, and services stakeholders to unify vision and deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions.
- Track and report on program metrics, risks, and dependencies, proactively mitigating issues and communicating status to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in engineering program management within large, complex technology organizations.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and experience delivering secure, high‑availability services.
- Strong background in iOS, iPadOS, or macOS development environments.
- Proven track record of leading Agile teams and managing multi‑year product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
