Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high quality delivery.
- Architect and oversee the development of cloud‑native services that power automotive retail solutions.
- Drive adoption of Big Data, Machine Learning, AI, and IoT technologies to create intelligent, connected experiences.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver on time.
- Ensure robust engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and performance monitoring.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record in leading large teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud‑native architecture, Big Data pipelines, and ML/AI integration.
- Strong background in IoT and connected device ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and modern DevOps practices.
