Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a cross‑functional engineering team focused on web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA to translate customer needs into robust, scalable solutions.
- Champion best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and cloud architecture (AWS).
- Drive experimentation with AI/ML to enhance user experiences and operational efficiency.
- Own technical strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement of engineering processes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in JavaScript, React, and React Native.
- Proven track record managing and scaling engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Hands‑on experience with Node.js, AWS services, and cloud‑native architecture.
- Deep understanding of customer‑facing software and a passion for solving real‑world problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders across product and design.
