About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a high‑performing engineering team focused on solutions architecture and delivery for autonomous fleet orchestration.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and client stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into robust, scalable solutions.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring high quality, on‑time releases while maintaining rigorous security and compliance standards.
- Champion best practices in software engineering, DevOps, and continuous integration/deployment for mission‑critical systems.
- Represent the engineering organization in client engagements, providing technical expertise and strategic guidance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in defense or autonomous systems.
- Deep understanding of fleet orchestration, distributed systems, and real‑time communication protocols.
- Proven track record delivering complex, secure software solutions at scale.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
