About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow multiple engineering squads to deliver high‑quality software on aggressive timelines.
- Define and oversee system architecture and design standards, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Champion Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with product, product‑design, and operations teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Drive technical decision‑making, code reviews, and best‑practice adoption across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven expertise in designing and scaling cloud‑native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong background in building CI/CD pipelines and promoting automated testing and release processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people‑development skills.
