About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team, setting technical vision and ensuring high‑quality delivery of banking products.
- Architect and evolve cloud‑native microservices, leveraging Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to achieve scalability and resilience.
- Collaborate with product, compliance, and security teams to embed regulatory requirements into the development lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tooling, and performance monitoring.
- Represent engineering in executive discussions, translating technical challenges into business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record delivering large‑scale, regulated financial services applications.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
