Lead a high‑performing team that builds developer tooling platforms, driving CI/CD, source control, and cloud infrastructure solutions for tens of thousands of engineers across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multi‑disciplinary engineering team focused on developer experience, CI/CD pipelines, and source‑control services.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for tooling platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security across cloud environments.
- Partner with architecture, security, and operations groups to integrate Kubernetes, AWS services, and automation frameworks.
- Drive Agile processes, set delivery standards, and champion best practices for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
- Measure and improve developer productivity metrics, gathering feedback to iterate on tooling solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience building large‑scale developer tooling or platform services.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD concepts, Git workflows, Kubernetes orchestration, and AWS cloud services.
- Proven track record of delivering high‑quality, secure, and highly available systems in an Agile environment.
- Strong people‑management skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop technical talent.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across cross‑functional teams.
