Lead a high‑visibility team that builds and owns the internal platform powering CI/CD, observability, and developer tools, while driving AI initiatives to boost engineering productivity across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end development and operation of the internal platform, including CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and the developer portal.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of seven engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
- Define and implement best practices for developer experience, ensuring seamless onboarding, efficient workflows, and robust tooling.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate emerging AI capabilities into the platform, enhancing automation and insight generation.
- Drive metrics‑based decision making, monitoring platform health, usage, and impact on engineering productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering management experience in a fast‑paced tech environment.
- Deep expertise in CI/CD, observability, and developer tooling.
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML tooling or platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of scaling teams and delivering high‑quality, reliable systems.
