About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional engineering team focused on data ingestion, processing, and analytics pipelines.
- Architect and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous integration and delivery practices, automating deployments with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver business‑critical features.
- Champion best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation across the team.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Redshift, Lambda) and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline tools (Airflow, dbt).
- Strong background in designing and operating CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to thrive in a distributed, high‑growth environment.
