About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of the container control‑plane platform, ensuring high availability and performance at scale.
- Guide a cross‑functional team of engineers through Agile processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and operations stakeholders to define roadmaps, prioritize work, and align technical solutions with business goals.
- Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to accelerate release cycles and maintain system health.
- Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and develop career growth plans to build a strong, cohesive team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams delivering large‑scale, mission‑critical services.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python, with a solid understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts into business value.
