Lead a high‑performing engineering team to deliver scalable, cloud‑native solutions for a B2B promotional products platform, driving product excellence through Agile practices, robust CI/CD, and cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a distributed engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and high quality code.
- Own the end‑to‑end delivery of platform features, from concept through production, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer needs.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement to maintain velocity and predictability.
- Architect and maintain scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS, implementing CI/CD pipelines and automated testing for rapid, reliable releases.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to define technical requirements, estimate effort, and prioritize work.
- Champion best practices in code quality, security, and performance, and lead incident response and post‑mortem processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a senior engineering management role.
- Proven track record building and scaling cloud‑native applications on AWS.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading cross‑functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tooling (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI) and automated testing.
