About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate a multidisciplinary engineering team through all phases of product development, from initial design to final manufacturing.
- Define technical roadmaps, set milestones, and ensure alignment with business objectives and schedule constraints.
- Mentor engineers, foster a collaborative culture, and implement Agile practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Oversee hardware and firmware development, including embedded C/C++ and Python codebases, ensuring reliability for space‑grade communication systems.
- Collaborate with system architects, test engineers, and external partners to validate performance and compliance with aerospace standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering leadership experience in aerospace, satellite, UAV, or related high‑reliability domains.
- Strong background in embedded systems development using C/C++ and Python.
- Proven track record of delivering complex hardware‑software products from concept to production.
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies and managing cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
