About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary engineering team to deliver high‑quality products on schedule.
- Own the engineering roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that align with business goals and customer needs.
- Implement Agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement, efficient sprint planning, and transparent progress tracking.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and data science stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Drive technical excellence by setting coding standards, code review processes, and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams in a fast‑moving environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading cross‑functional projects.
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
