About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional AI engineering team, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery of high‑quality AI solutions.
- Design and implement AI quality assurance processes, including data validation, model testing, and bias mitigation.
- Develop governance frameworks that align AI initiatives with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and compliance stakeholders to define AI roadmaps and success metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and automation across the AI lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record in quality and governance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and scaling engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of AI model lifecycle, testing, and bias mitigation techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
