Engineering Manager
Lead a high‑impact AI engineering team, building reusable, secure AI primitives on AWS and Kubernetes, while driving product delivery and scaling ML infrastructure for real‑estate applications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross‑functional AI engineering team, setting technical vision and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI primitives (inference, prompt management, data pipelines) on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with product, data science, and operations to translate business needs into robust, secure AI solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and performance monitoring for ML workloads.
- Champion best practices in model governance, security, and compliance across the organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS), and Kubernetes.
- Proven track record building and scaling production ML systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud security is a plus.
