- Drive delivery enablement by establishing robust processes, standards, and tooling that ensure quality, scalability, and speed.
- Champion continuous improvement, fostering innovation, knowledge sharing, and best practices across teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, manage resources, and deliver on key milestones.
Requirements
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling high‑performing engineering organizations.
- Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices, including Agile, DevOps, and cloud‑native architectures.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for people development, continuous learning, and creating inclusive, high‑impact teams.
