About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS environments, ensuring high availability and compliance.
- Automate deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of collaboration tools using Power Platform, scripts, and configuration management.
- Govern and monitor platform usage, enforce policies, and provide analytics to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate workplace solutions with enterprise applications and workflows.
- Lead incident response, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement of support processes.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Workplace Technology, EUC, or collaboration engineering.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive) and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS administration, security, and automation.
- Proven ability to design governance frameworks and automate workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
