About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and integration of transmission and distribution systems for high‑voltage networks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define technical specifications and performance criteria.
- Implement SCADA and PLC solutions to enhance grid monitoring, control, and automation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost‑benefit analyses for new projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in transmission and distribution engineering.
- Proficiency with SCADA, PLC programming, and power system analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multi‑disciplinary project teams and delivering on schedule.
