Senior Engineer, TD Device Characterization

As a Senior Engineer, TD Device Characterization, you will be responsible for designing and developing device characterization tools and software for testing and validation of semiconductor devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand device requirements and develop software solutions to meet those needs. This role requires a strong understanding of semiconductor devices, device physics, and software development principles. You will be responsible for developing software using Python, Node.js, and C++ programming languages. Experience with machine learning and AWS is a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux and C++ programming. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop device characterization tools and software for testing and validation of semiconductor devices.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on device characterization and testing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor devices, device physics, and software development principles.
• Experience with machine learning and AWS is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Node.js, and C++.
