Software Engineer
Lead end‑to‑end testing of programmable AC/DC power products, designing test plans, procedures, and fixtures while ensuring compliance with DO160, MIL‑STD‑704, and Airbus standards. Leverage Python, C/C++, and test automation to validate hardware, software GUI, and integration modules.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute comprehensive test plans for programmable AC and DC power products.
- Develop and maintain test procedures to verify functional specifications of power supplies and associated software GUIs.
- Perform detailed hardware, software, and integration testing, ensuring alignment with DO160, MIL‑STD‑704, and Airbus standards.
- Design, build, and maintain test boxes and fixtures for efficient hardware and software validation.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot defects and drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test engineering for power electronics and embedded software.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++ for test automation and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of industry standards such as DO160, MIL‑STD‑704, and Airbus testing protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware test equipment, fixture design, and GUI testing tools.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and documentation skills.
