Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI‑powered ServiceNow solutions, driving customer experience automation and operational efficiency across global enterprises.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and develop ServiceNow applications that integrate AI capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high‑quality code in an Agile environment.
- Implement custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using JavaScript, REST APIs, and ServiceNow’s Flow Designer.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of ServiceNow deployments in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise solutions on ServiceNow, with a strong focus on AI and automation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and integration patterns (REST, SOAP).
- Hands‑on experience with AI/ML services (e.g., Azure Cognitive Services, AWS AI, or similar) and their integration into ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.
