Senior Engineer, Satellite Integration and Launch Campaign - Millennium Space Systems, A Boeing Company

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage end‑to‑end integration flow for constellation‑scale spacecraft, ensuring design intent is realized in flight hardware.
• Develop, review, and approve detailed assembly, test, and launch procedures, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead system‑level functional testing and environmental qualification (vibration, thermal, vacuum) to validate performance and reliability.
• Coordinate launch campaign activities, including payload integration, launch vehicle interface, and post‑launch checkout.
• Maintain configuration control and traceability of hardware, software, and documentation throughout the ATLO lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in satellite ATLO.
• Proven expertise in systems engineering practices, integration processes, and launch operations for small spacecraft.
• Hands‑on experience with environmental test facilities and procedure development for flight hardware.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear, concise technical documentation.
